Problem Solving Skills
Overview
This programme is designed to enhance the provision of entry level service within the Contact Centre Industry and will allow the learner to progress with confidence. The learner will have a clear understanding of mathematical applications that provide insight into the present and future occupational experiences and so develop into an efficient contributing worker.
The learner will also be able to apply various techniques to organise and represent data in order to model situations for specific purposes and give opinions on the implications of the modelled data for the required purpose.
