Overview
This programme will assist learners to be able to identify and solve problems within the context of streamlining operations, in which responses display that decisions using critical and creative thinking have been used. They will also be able to work effectively with others as a member of the team in organising collation activities as well as communicating effectively when providing feedback. Learners will be able to organise and manage one's activities when planning monitoring activities and streamlining plans.
