This programme is intended for learners that will be assisting with the implementation process of a project. They will learn the importance of identifying and solving problems related to the monitoring processes in the control of the project schedule to ensure compliance with the plan. They will be able to work effectively with others when monitoring, controlling and responding to situations on the project schedule. The learners will also learn the importance of collecting, analysing, integrating, organising and critically evaluating information pertaining to the successful execution of the project schedule. They will be able to communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders to maintain buy-in to the project schedule changes and solve problems pertaining to the deviations and exceptions against the project plan.

This programme is intended for candidates working as part of a Project Team. The aim is to equip them with skills and knowledge to assist the Project Manager / Project Team by contributing and participating in planning, execution and controlling project activities.
