Close a Deal with a Customer
Overview
Learners will be taught how to identify and solve problems pertaining to closing techniques. They will learn how to collect, organise and critically evaluate information to make a decision as to when to apply closing techniques to close the deal. They will also learn how to communicate effectively with customers when establishing the time to close the deal and understand that asking for the order is part of closing the deal and obtaining the sale.
