Businesses can be spaces of intense information overload, and successful businesses require administrators able to communicate that information effectively between customers, employees and managers. It is essential that they can confidently make decisions, organise resources and information, and direct activities towards common goals.

This qualification provides the knowledge, skills and values needed for excellent administration. These include information handling, communications, enterprise and customer service, technology, organisation skills, self-development, teamwork and business policies and procedures. The elective component allows the learner to gain specialist knowledge, skills and insight in the areas of reception, executive administration, financial services and banking, legal administration and human resources.

This qualification is run over 12 months and includes, on average, 3 days of classroom (instructor-led) training each month.

Training will take place using the tried-and-tested benefits of instructor-led learning.

For large groups (10 or more), training times can be arranged according to your date and time requirements, delivered on-site at your premises or through a host company.
