Research and Viability of a New Venture ideas
Overview
The programme is aimed at learners who wish to identify and screen new ideas and/or opportunities with the intention of establishing and/or participating in a new venture. They will be able to identify and solve problems and make decisions which arise during the process of assessing, analysing and evaluating new venture opportunities. They will be able to collect, analyse, organise and critically evaluate information which will assist in the investigation and assessment of new venture opportunities. The learners will gain knowledge of specific techniques for releasing creativity in the development a viable business venture. Furthermore, they will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the world as a set of related systems where the application of the principles and practices of innovation create better chances for a successful venture
