Supervise a Project Team
Overview
Learners will be able to identify and solve problems, monitoring all problems occurring within a project team and in a business project. They will learn to work effectively with others, as well as organise and manage their activities and maintain fairness and transparency throughout the process of supervision. Learners will be taught how to collect and organise information pertaining to the monitoring, identifying and rectifying of project team’s performance and problems, as well as the importance of effective communication when reporting progress on a business project, and with regards to the organisational structure.
