Relationship Management
Overview
The programme is designed to provide the learners with the ability to identify and solve problems using critical and creative thinking processes in working towards establishing constructive relationships. The learners will also be able to identify and solve conflict related problems, disagreements, discrimination relating to diversity and communication problems in the workplace. Once the learners have completed the programme, they will be able to work effectively with the other team members to promote harmonious working relationships.
